We would hope that you never need this service, however if for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us using the details mentioned on our website to receive a full refund. For personalized items we can only issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • The product was damaged / defective;
  • The wrong product was sent;
  • The quality of the product is unsatisfactory & not the materials stated.

We reserve the right to refuse a refundif the problem occurred during placing the order, therefore we are not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect wording. To avoid this, please always double check your finished product before proceeding to the checkout.

All requests for refunds should be processed within 24 hours of delivery date.

Refunds for orders that were processed through bank transfers and visa cards, will be done through bank transfers. For orders that were done at the customer’s doorstep, the value of the original order will be reserved under their account at ePrint.ps for future orders.

 

Cancellation 

Once you have placed an order, and if for any reason you decide to cancel the order, you can still do it free of charge before receiving the confirmation message from ePrint.ps.

However, cancellations after receiving the confirmation from ePrint.ps cannot be done if processing the order has already started.
